Online Payment and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may require the cancellation of your course enrollment. To facilitate this process, please notify us of your cancellation at least 5 working days before the course start date.
Should you be unable to attend or no longer require a place, timely cancellation is appreciated. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the full course/training workshop fee being charged.

However, a cancellation fee won’t apply if you nominate someone else from your company or yourself to attend in your place.
By completing your course registration and submitting full or installment payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Any fees or partial fees arriving less than 2 days before the course start date or after the specified payment installment dates will not be eligible for a refund.
• The balance of course fees should be settled via payment link, cash, bank transfer, or cheque.

You reserve the right to cancel your booking under the following conditions:

• If you’re a consumer and cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation without providing a reason, you’re entitled to a full refund of the price paid.
• For businesses or consumers canceling after 14 days, the following applies:
• A 25% admin fee of the course price applies (non-refundable), and the remaining deposit will be refunded upon course cancellation requested at least ten working days before the course start date.
• No refund is applicable for cancellations requested less than 5 working days before the course start date.
• Businesses can substitute a candidate with one-day notice before the course’s start without any charge.
• If you withdraw for any reason after a change of mind about studying, a refund won’t be provided.

The Academy of Sound Dxb (SCHOOL OF SOUND FOR TECHNICAL INSTALLATIONS CONSULTANCIES CO. L.L.C) retains the right to cancel a course due to insufficient delegate numbers or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, either an alternative course date will be arranged, or a full refund of the fee paid will be offered.

Course Postponement
Requests to postpone your course must be made at least five working days before the course start date without incurring any charges. Requests for postponement less than five working days before the course starting date cannot be accommodated.

Refund Procedure
Please note that any refund may take up to 10 days to process, and refunds will be issued to the account used for booking.

General
The Academy of Sound Dxb reserves the right to modify, add, or cancel any part of this policy at its discretion without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the student to review the available policy for any amendments.
